Refund policy
Returns
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.
Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Hats, and Gift Cards are final sale.
Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
Damages/Defective Items
Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
All reports must be made within 3 days of receiving your garment. If report is made within 3 days of receiving, we will cover return shipping and will issue a refund for the purchase.
Please contact us immediately at holland@maxandaddy.com and provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your name and order number.
Damaged/defective items reported after 3 days of receiving can be returned for store credit up to 21 days after original shipment date. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer after the 3 day mark.
Exchanges
Due to limited quantity of inventory, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item. A refund for the original item will be issued(less any shipping paid).
